• AI-Powered Mental Wellness Chat (Not a Medical Diagnosis)
• Emotion Tracker & Analyzer
• Membership Points System & Value-Added Services
• User Community & Message Board

2Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and all activities conducted under your account.
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security vulnerability.
• We reserve the right to restrict accounts suspected of theft or misuse.

3User Code of Conduct

When using our services, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Compliance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
• Do not post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content.
• Do not infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not use the service for commercial promotion or spam.
• Do not attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

4Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content provided through the Tree Hollow Voice Service—including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, and interface designs—are owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5Paid Services

• Membership plan prices are subject to the displayed amount on the page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
• After payment, you gain the membership benefits for your selected plan. These benefits are non-transferable.
• After your membership expires, if you do not renew, you will automatically be downgraded to a free user.
• Member fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Points are for use on this platform only; they cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

6Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for interruptions caused by system maintenance or upgrades.
• AI-generated content is for reference only. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
• We are not legally liable for any mental decisions you make as a result of using our services.
• We are not liable for service issues caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes).

7Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any part of our services as needed. We will notify you via in-app messages or announcements. If you do not agree to the changes, you may request account cancellation.

8Liability for Breach

If you violate this Agreement, we reserve the right to issue warnings, restrict feature usage, suspend, or terminate your service. You shall be liable for any losses incurred by us or third parties due to your actions.

9Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if such negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court where TreeHole Transmitter is located.

10Other Terms

• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of the service.
• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
• Failure to enforce or delay in enforcing a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
